Tum Meat ingredients:
¼ kg beef
Banana leaves a PLP
Seasonings:

1 teaspoon shrimp paste
How to cook meat tum:
Finely chopped meat.
Red onion and 2 cloves of garlic thinly sliced, fried ripe ½.
Last remaining garlic, kencur, minced chilies, salt, mashed, fried briefly.
