Kuping Gajah (elephant ears) recipe

Kuping Gajah (elephant ears) Ingredients :
Wheat flour, 350 grams
Refined sugar, 60 grams
Egg yolks, 1 egg
Thick coconut milk, 100 ml
Margarine, 1 tablespoon
Salt, 1 / 2 teaspoon
Cocoa powder, 1 tablespoon
Cooking oil, 500 ml

How to make Kuping Gajah :
Mix all ingredients except chocolate and cooking oil, stir well.
Take half the dough, add chocolate powder. Stir until blended.
