Bir Pletok recipe and Health Benefits




Ingredients :
250 grams of ginger
3 grams of cloves
3 grams of nutmeg
3 grams of black pepper
3 grams of lemongrass
3 grams of cardamom
30 grams of cinnamon
30 grams of secang wood
7 pandan leaves
6 kaffir lime leaves
1 kg of sugar

How to make Bir Pletok:
1. Crush the ginger, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, and lemongrass together.
2. Put them in a pot and heat over medium heat.
3. Add the remaining ingredients to the pot: pandan leaves, secang wood, cinnamon, and sugar. Stir until well combined.
4. Let it boil over low heat for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
5. Serve while still warm.
