Tekwan Soups




Cuisine Materials I:
- 1 / 2 kg of fish fillet, mashed
- Water, equal in size to the mashed fish
- Flavor, the taste of shrimp to taste
- Sago to taste

Cuisine Materials II:
- 50 g mushroom
- 50 gr pleasant evening, soak in hot water then drain
- 100 g wet shrimp, peeled and cleaned

- 8 pcs shallots
- 3 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 ltr water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1.5 bks Royco shrimp or chicken flavor
- Soy sauce and sugar to taste

Cooking Soups Tekwan:
1. For materials I: fish mixed with water and flavorings, then enter the sago little by little until dough can be dipulung. Boil mixture until cooked spoonful after spoonful.
2. For material II: ear mushrooms and delicious night cut. Heat the butter, saute onion or garlic until fragrant, then enter the shrimp, give water, then transfer to a saucepan and bring to a boil. After that enter the yam, ear mushroom, delicious evening, sugar, and flavorings kecapmanis. Include tek wan (material that has been cooked) and the last glass noodles. Bring to a boil again, then remove from heat. Serve with sauce: chili mashed with salt.
