Cooking Ingredients:
- 400 gr chopped spinach

- 1 pm ginger
- 2 bay leaves

Swamp Cabbage Sauté Cooking Method:
1. Heat the butter, saute onion, garlic, red pepper, chillies, galangal and ginger. After fragrant enter the tomatoes, bay leaf, and oncom taoco. Pour a little water, cook until boiling.
