Beef Abon recipe



Shredded Beef ingredients:
Lean beef and grain, 1 kg, cut into rough
Water, 3 liters
Coconut milk, 250 ml of a coconut
Bay leaf, 2 pieces
Ginger, 1 cm, crushed
Cooking oil, 500 ml

Subtle Seasonings:
Onion, 6 eggs
Garlic, 3 cloves
Turmeric, 2 cm, fuel
Tamarind juice, 1 teaspoon
Cayenne pepper 3 pieces
Coriander, 1 / 2 teaspoon
Brown sugar, to taste

How to make Shredded Beef:
Boil water and salt, put the beef, and cook until meat is tender. Lift. Slice the meat thin and at one blow with a bat or a bruised flesh until finely grated.
