Kunir Asem recipe and Health Benefits


Ingredients: 
200 grams turmeric
250 grams brown sugar
100 grams tamarind
1,500 ml water
1/2 teaspoon salt

How to:
1. Roast the turmeric then grate it finely.
2. Bring turmeric and all other ingredients to a boil. Strain and cool. Store in a glass bottle if you want to keep it in the refrigerator.
3. Sour turmeric can be enjoyed hot or cold
