Gethuk Ubi Keju recipe



Sweet Cheese Getuk ingredients:

     Yellow sweet potato, 500 grams, peeled, washed, cut into pieces
     Milk powder, 50 grams
     Refined sugar, 100 grams
     Esen vanilla, 1 / 2 teaspoon
     Cheddar cheese / sheets, 100 grams
     Taste of red cherries, cut into small dice

How to make Sweet Cheese Getuk:

     Steam the potatoes until cooked and soft yellow. Lift.
     Mash potatoes while warm until smooth.
     Add other ingredients except cheese and cherries. Stir well.
     Roll out dough to a rectangle with 2-3 cm thick.
     Cut with cutter ring round shape.
