Gethuk Gulung recipe




Getuk Roll is one of the variations getuk cassava with rolled-uptechniques. Cakes shaped like  rolls are always a lot of fans. Here is a recipe Getuk Roll for 24 pieces.

ingredients Getuk Roll:

     Cassava / sweet potatoes, 600 grams, peeled, cut into pieces
     Sugar, 125 grams
     Margarine, 30 grams
     Vanilla powder, 1 / 2 teaspoon
     Salt, 1 / 2 teaspoon
     Pink food coloring, green and yellow to taste
     Kalapa half old, half fruit, a long scar

How to make Getuk Roll:


Mix the coconut with a little salt, mix well and steam for 25 minutes.Remove and set aside.
Steam cassava until cooked and tender. Lift.
Mash cassava while warm until smooth. Mix with all ingredients except thedye. Stir well.
Divide the dough into 3 parts, add each of the dough with different colors(pink, green and yellow).
Crazy each batter with a thickness of 0.3 cm.
Place the dough on the plastic, stacking dough layered with a sequence ofcolors: red, green, yellow.
Roll the dough while holding up a solid, cut the dough 2 inches. Sprinkle with grated coconut. Serve.
