Abon Ikan recipe



Shredded Fish Ingredients:
Fresh tuna fillets, 1 kg
Lemon grass, 2 sticks, crushed
Ginger, 1 cm, crushed
Coconut milk, 150 ml of 1 / 2 coconut
Cooking oil, 300 ml

Spices:
Onion, 6 eggs
Garlic, 3 cloves
Turmeric, 2 cm
Coriander, 1 teaspoon
Lime leaves, 1 sheet
Salt, to taste

How to make Shredded Fish:
Tuna fish steamed until tender but not broken, remove from heat.
Grated or shredded-shredded fish, set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil, saute ground spices, lemon grass and ginger until fragrant.
Enter the fish and coconut milk,
stir well. Cook over low heat, stirring untildry.
Heat oil, fry the fish until the dough is dry. Remove and drain.
Pres or squeeze until the oil leak. Serve.
