Pepes Milkfish Spicy Seasoning recipe
Ingredients of Pepes Milkfish Spicy Seasoning :
1 tail of milkfish, remove scales and gills, cut into 3 parts
1 tablespoon lemon juice
15 g basil leaves
3 bay leaves
banana leaves for wrapping
5 red chilies
3 cm turmeric
3 candle nut
4 pieces of garlic
2 pieces red onion
2 tsp salt
How to cook Spicy Seasoning Pepes Milkfish :
Marinate the fish with lime juice, let stand for 30 minutes, remove and drain.
Blend all the spices, mixed with fish, stir well.
Take a sheet of banana leaf, put bay leaves and basil leaves, give it to the fish, then wrap with a stick pin. Steam for 30 minutes.
Serve while still warm.
