Sate Lilit Ingredients:
250 grams of minced chicken meat
1 teaspoon crushed coarse pepper
salt to taste
sugar to taste
quarter of grated young coconut
5 pieces of finely sliced red chili sauce
3 lime leaves finely grated
15 stalks lemongrass, cleaned, sliced a little tip
1 tablespoon tapioca starch
1 tbsp coconut oil for greasing
6 spring onions
2 cloves garlic
1 cm kencur
1 cm ginger
1 cm galangal
half tsp roasted shrimp paste
round-half teaspoon pepper
half teaspoon coriander
half teaspoon cumin
Sate Lilit cooking methods:
Make a chicken with spices, pepper, salt, sugar and eggs.
Knead the dough until it becomes dull.
Enter the grated coconut, chilli and lime leaves. Stir again.
Prepare the lemongrass. Marinate some cob with tapioca flour.
Give 1 tablespoon of dough and flatten chicken with oval shaped into spheres such as pins.
Do the same thing until the dough runs out. Prepare coals.
