Beras Kencur recipe and Health Benefits



This highly nutritious drink to increase appetite, relieve aches and tiredness. Also can increase a man’s vitality if taken with honey. It can also relieve coughs and ulcers.
Very delicious when served in warm or cold

Ingredients:
- 1 / 2 tablespoons rice
- 50 gr kencur
- 1 finger cinnamon
- 5 grains clove
- 1 / 2 palm sugar
- 3 tbsp tamarind


Directions:
1. Wash all the ingredients, mash until smooth.
2. Add 1 cup of boiled water, squeeze and strain.
3. When not drunk, add sugar or honey sour.
