Wedang Temulawak recipe



Temulawak Drink ingredients:
50 grams Temulawak
Kawak acid (seedless) 20 grams
Galingale 25 grams
10 grams Jinten
100 ml boiled water
Palm sugar 100 grams
2 pieces of pandan leaves
Water 1 liter

How to Make Temulawak Drink:
Thin slices temulawak and galingale, toasted briefly.
Mix the temulawak, tamarind kawak, galingale,

cumin and 100 ml of boiled water, puree in blender.
Boil water with sugar and pandan leaves until sugar dissolves.
Mix the temulawak mixture with boiling sugar water, stir well. Strain.
Serve warm or cold.
