Shredded Ingredients Galangal:
Galangal, 1 kg, peeled, washed
Beef without the fat and muscle, 500 grams
Bay leaf, 1 sheet
Water, 1 liter
Coconut milk, 100 ml
Cooking oil, 750 ml
Onion, 6 eggs
Garlic, 3 cloves
Turmeric, 1 cm, fuel

Beef broth powder, 1 teaspoon
Tamarind juice, 1 teaspoon
How to make Abon Galangal:
