Botok Tofu recipe
Material Botok Tofu:
250 grams chicken fillets, diced
1 slice white Tofu, diced
Chicken egg 1 egg, beaten
Carambola vegetable 3 pieces, thinly sliced
150 ml thick coconut milk
Banana leaves enough
6 pieces red onion
3 pieces garlic
Red chili 2 pieces
Pepper 1 / 2 teaspoon
Nutmeg powder 1 / 4 teaspoon
how to cook Botok Tofu:
Combine chicken, tofu and spices until blended.
