Cooking Ingredients:

– 3 tablespoons butter

Spice Ingredients:
– 2 tablespoons red chili peppers that have been mashed
– 1 piece turmeric
– 8 pieces red onion
– 4 pieces garlic
– 2 tbsp coriander
– 1 / 2 tsp cumin

– 5 hazelnuts
– 1 piece of ginger, puree
– 1 piece galangal
– 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
– 3 lime leaves
– salt enough

How to cook :
1. Heat the butter, then saute until fragrant spices. Enter the young goat meat and bone, stirring until it changes color. After that enter the liquid coconut milk and flavorings, and cook until the meat and bones of a young goat is almost cooked. Finally enter the thick coconut milk, stirring until thickened and cooked meats as well as his young bones.
