Sepinggan dish with peanut sauce was said to have originated from Bandung. The name of the food is actually taken from the materials andtechniques used, namely Meatballs and Fried Tofu.
Batagor Ingredients:
- Tengiri 1 kg fish fillets
- 100 grams shallots
- 50 grams garlic
- 300 grams of starch
- Salt enough
- Sugar to enough
- Pepper powder 3 teaspoons
- 4 teaspoons sesame oil
- Chicken eggs 4 items
- 4 scallions thinly sliced stems
- Tofu 40 pieces of split 2 parts
- 500 ml cooking oil
Peanut sauce:
- 300 grams fried peanuts
- 6 bean chili, seeded, fried
- Red onion 6 eggs, fried
- Sugar to enough
- Salt enough
- Comb brown sugar 4 tablespoons
- Water 1 liter
- 100 ml vegetable oil
- Cook 1 teaspoon vinegar
How to Cook:
1. Mix fish, onion, and garlic. Puree in a blender, set aside.
2. Add salt, sugar, pepper powder, sesame oil, chicken egg, and scallions.Mix well.
3. Enter the tapioca flour, mix again until blended.
4. Fill out the batter fish.
5. Heat oil and fry until cooked out. Lift.
6. Peanut sauce: Mix all ingredients except the vinegar, puree with the blender.
7. Cook until boiling and thickened. Remove, add vinegar and stir well.
8. Batagor Serve with peanut sauce, and lime.
