Kelapa Muda Ice recipe




Ingredients:
2 young coconuts
1 packet of jelly translucent colors
1 / 2 ounces granulated sugar
1 / 4 kg of palm sugar, brush, dilute with hot water
ice cubes to taste

Method: 

Cook gelatin with sugar, let cool, cut into cubes
rake young coconut, separate water
Arrange in a glass: liquid palm sugar, gelatin cubes, kerukan young coconut, and ice cubes. Pour the coconut milk until the cup is almost full.
